Two small narrow gauge maintenance carts are stored near a railroad crossing in the south of Liestal.

These two small carts are used for maintenance works on Waldenburgerbahn, the only narrow gauge line in Switzerland with a track gauge of 750 mm (usual are 1000 mm). When not in use they are parked next to a railroad crossing in the south of Liestal. The two carts are not much more than four small wheels, a crane and a legde. They are most probably used to transport replacement rail tracks and ties.
