40 kilometers mountain bike track in the Land van Wijk en Wouden. About a third of non or semi-paved tracks. The ATB route passes alternately through polder landscape, groves, meadows, a recreation park, along the water and dikes and old church trails in the area between Zoetermeer, Leidschendam and Leiden.
The track is not easy and also a challenge for the advanced mountainbikers. The entire route is marked with a red version of the international ATB logo.
