This sculptured sarcophagus is located on the lawn outside the Wien Museum Karlsplatz.

It is unknown whether this sarcophagus was intended to actually be used as such...or whether the intention was to have it serve as a piece of art. The plaque at the site merely informs us:

The sarcophagus has whimsical depicitions of children (or are they cherubs?) playing musical instruments, horns, triangle, accordian, guitar, etc.
