St. Joseph House is a non-governmental medical facility, which provides comprehensive care for sick people suffering from multiple sclerosis. It is located in the premises of the former Jesuit residence. To the premises of the baroque monastery with an open courtyard belongs also the beautiful castle park with an area of 1.6 ha, a place for a rest, the place of significant trees and construction of small garden architecture.
In addition to its own Nursing Home also offers services to a variety of activities for the public, such as concerts, lectures, exhibitions and art in the afternoon. The House of St. Joseph connect the world inside and outside this house and helping to break barriers between the healthy and the disabled people.
Herb Garden beside St. Joseph House in Žirci is a place of rest and relaxation, not only for patients with multiple sclerosis, but also for the general public. The visitors of this Herb Garden have the opportunity also purchase the herbs.
