Chapman's Peak Drive (called "Chappies" to the locals) is touted as one of the most scenic drives in the world. The website boasts 114 curves in the 9km route between Noordhoek and Hout Bay on the Atlantic Coast on the south-western tip of South Africa.
This scenic look-out is a popular stopping spot for tourists in automobiles as well as tour busses. There are picnic tables and restrooms and gorgeous, eye-popping views of the ocean and mountains.
