Millenium Clock was added to the highest building in Poland on the New Year’s Eve of 2000. It is third highest mounted Town Clock (165 meters) in the world and second largest (6.3 m in diameter) one in Europe.

The Palace of Culture and Science (Palac Kultury i Nauki) in Warsaw is the tallest building in Poland, the sixth tallest building in the European Union. Construction started in 1952 and lasted until 1955.
Four 6.3-metre clock faces were added to the top of the building ahead of the millennium celebrations in 2000. This briefly made the building the tallest clock tower in the world (it was superseded by the NTT DoCoMo Yoyogi Building, to which a clock was added in 2002, by and Makkah Clock Royal Tower in 2012). The town clocks are second largest ones in European Union.
Black Roman numerals are painted on white dials made of alluminium and each of weight about 450 kilograms.Öne is able to recognize its time from distance up to 5 kilometers. The clock are mounted in height of 165 meters.
