Osek is a small town in the Czech Republic. Osek is notable for a Burgundian Gothic monastery, originally built as the 3 knave "Church of the Assumption of Our Lady" between 1207–1220 in the style of a Roman Basilica, by Cistercian monks who first arrived in Osek in 1199.
House No. 30 is located on Klášterní square. Above the entrance door is the year 1716. This house was built by Octavio Broggio (Czech architect and builder of Italian origin (

On the ground floor of this house is now a small shop-drugstore, on the top floor are the apartments.
