This interesting manhole covers says Stockholm Vatten, which means water. Since it's so close to the harbor, it's not clear whether its storm water or potable water. There is a figure of a crowned head in the center surrounded by many 4-sided arrow head shapes. Around the edge every 90 degrees are four more notations: "LAS", "2108T", "FURNES", and "D400 GJS", but there is no year.

The manhole cover is located next to the Museum of Photography and can be seen in Google Street View.
