This simple river gauge can be better observed from the south end of the bridge of Santiago, crossing the river Ebro, quite close to the center of Zaragoza, in the cathedral area.
In the pictures the gauge shows 3 meters and the river is flooding, although not in a catastrophic way... some areas of the surrounding walkway the lower parts of some parks were submerged.
