Seit 2001 haben die Siebenten-Tags-Adventisten in Dillenburg ihr Domizil in einer Villa neben dem Krankenhaus. Diese Villa gehörte früher der bekannten Dillenburg Journalistin Charlotte Petersen.

Dort finden Bibelgespräche und Gottesdienste statt, ab und zu auch andere Veranstaltungen. Außerdem hat die Gemeinde eine Pfadfinder-Gruppe und beteiligt sich an Hilfsaktion im Rahmen der Hilfsorganisation ADRA.
