"Welcome to Oskarshamn - The County with Energy". The picture shows a witch flying between two nautical navigation signs to an isle as in the neighbourhood there is a place (Blåkulla) believed to be a gathering place for all witches one time a year. The slogan comes probably from the fact that there is a nuclear plant (OKG) located in the northern part of the county.
