San Juan National Historic Site includes three fortresses: San Felipe del Morro, San Cristóbal, and San Juan de la Cruz. A free tram operated by the National Park Service will take you to each of these places as well as the cruise ship dock.
At the esplanade entrance to Castillo San Felipe del Morro there is a you-are-here map not far from the tram stop for those who wish to stay in the area and explore the sights. It's next to a kiosk with information about the San Juan National Historic Site.
