The so-called 'Mercedes-Benz-Arena' formerly known as 'Neckarstadion' in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg was a FIFA World Cup Venus both times the tournament was in Germany. This was 1974 and 2006.

The arena has been built in 1933. The architect was the local architect Paul Bonatz. It has been re-built several times and changed its name four times.

Adolf-Hitler-Kampfbahn (1933–1945)
Century Stadium (1945–1949)
Neckarstadion (1949–1993)
Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion (1993–2008)
