Groznjan is known as the "artists village". Decadent after the Second World War, its requalification was encouraged by the government, which promoted it offering housing for low cost (or for free) to artists from all over the country of Yugoslavia.

Most of the main places (well, almost every house in the village is a main place) have signs with a small description and this house is no exception.
