Couple years ago, Mestský pivovar (The Town Brewery) Štramberk renewed after 150 years the medieval tradition of small-scale beer brewing in this pictoresque North-Moravian town.
The Town Brewery is a classical brewpub located in medieval burgher house in the central square in Štramberk. The building with Gothic cellars itself has a brewing in "walls" and beer was brewed here in the past... Nowadays, you can visit here a frindely brewpub, prodicing two magnificent beers - Trubac 11° (dark classical lager) and Ušák 12° (special strong dark beer with gingerbread taste and smell).
