In a wing of the courtyard of Abbey Mariënlof you can visit the local museum of Fruit gardening. Here you dive back into the history of fruit growing in Haspengouw. In addition, visitors can also see all the other activities on fruit. Of course there are many important relics to see, including the oldest sorting machine from Europe and the oldest auction clock of Belgium.

In een zijgebouw op het binnenplein van abdij Mariënlof kun je een bezoek brengen aan het Fruitstreekmuseum. Hier duik je terug in de geschiedenis van de fruitteelt in Haspengouw. Daarbij kan de bezoeker eveneens al de nevenactiviteiten aangaande fruit bezichtigen. Uiteraard zijn er ook een groot aantal belangrijke relicten uit het verleden te zien, waaronder de oudste sorteermachine uit Europa en de oudste veilingklok van België.
