Ve svých základech stredoveký dum c.p. 148 je poprvé pripomínán až z roku 1606. Podle záznamu z roku 1689 v nem byla lékárna. V roce 1729 dum získal Ignác Pilchowitz. Ten jej v roce 1752 dal prestavet a dal vyzdobit interiér lékárny nástropními obrazy. V lunetách jsou zobrazeni antictí lékari a lékárníci: Demokritos, Andronikos, Celsus, Herophilos, Evagoras, Dioskorides, Theophastos, Galenus. Centrální obraz pak znázornuje Herma a Hippokrata. Za jejich autora je považován Ignác Josef Raab, nekteré novejší studie za jejich autora považují Josefa Ignáce Sadlera z Olomouce. V roce 1884 bylo zastaveno podloubí, po roce 1883 byl objekt sjednocen s vedlejším domem c. 149. Autorem novorenesancní fasády vyzdobené sgrafity byl inženýr Havel. Od roku 1877 byla lékárna v rukou rodiny Stanclu, jejichž potomkum se znovu vrátila po roce 1991.

The house on medieval foundations ws first mentioned as late 1606. According to the record of 1689 it was used as pharmacy in that time. In 1729, acquired the house Ignatius Pilchowitz.
