Mill on the Old Town Pond was created in the first half of the 16th century. It works as water mill till 1807, later it was rebuiled into the textile factory. The mill was restored with a combination of water and steam power in the second half of the 19th century. It worked till 1957, after then heavily devastated. Since 2007 in reconstruction for new use.
