Budovy bývalého minoritského kláštera založeného patrne kolem r. 1238 a klášterního kostela sv. Ducha vystaveného nekdy v 80. letech 13. stol. V 17. a 18. století probehla barokizace a rozšírení kostela i konventu. V 16. stol. sídlo zemského snemu.
