Located in front of the Museum at Tazumal, one of El Salvador's prime Mayan sites, this relief is known as the Stone of Victories.
This website (visit link) has additional photos and adds:

which Googole translates as:

"Chalchuapa is the site of the Olmec style sculpture in southern Mesoamerica (well, actually "surorienteales"), and the most distant of the Olmec region itself in the Mexican states of Veracruz and Tabasco. This is the Stone of Victories, identified by Boggs in 1940 to approximately one kilometer east of Chalchuapa, and now placed in front of the museum Tazumal. The roof that covers situations usually creates shadow and difficult to see the light that shows four figures. This is the main figure, captured in a moment of maximum light. It seems to be walking on a structure, or perhaps an early version of earthly maw. Porta various outfits typically Olmec: cape, helmet and what is probably a concave mirror on his chest. Arm at the elbow of one object holder which resembles a stick or mallet decorated. This sculpture would date from about 900 to 600 BC."
