This steel railroad bridge crosses the Vedder River that separates Greendale and Yarrow in the Fraser Valley in British Columbia, Canada. The railway bridge is used by the Southern Railway of British Columbia.
The Trans-Canada Trail crosses under the bridge on the north end. This portion of the Trans-Canada Trail is maintained by the Chilliwack branch of Rotary International and is also called 'The Rotary Vedder River Trail'. The Bridge can be reached via the beautiful trail by walking, biking or horse riding. An alternate way is by car on a somewhat rough gravel road following the Vedder River up to within 100 metre of the bridge. You can approach the bridge on the trail from the Great Blue Heron Reserve in the west (with good parking - coordinates given in the Related Location section below) or approach from the east, which is a shorter distance and the recommended approach. The parking area in the west is at N49.05.905, W122.01.743.
