In this building used to be an ice factory. Now it's a house with a small shop called 'Tutti Frutti.'

During summertime bars of ice were brought to the restaurants at the beach. The bars of ice were 20x20x90 cm. In a wall there was a hole through which the bars of ice were transported in the waiting wagons.
