Parque Biológico de Gaia - Gaia, Portugal - Astronomical Observatories on Waymarking.com

In 2010 opened in Parque Natural de Gaia (a natural park accessible to the public) the astronomical observatory. Before, the park was already developing astronomy activities but it was in that year that finally it was possible to inaugurate a proper observatory.

The facility is not fully open to the public. There are courses with public inscriptions but it's not like one arrives there and goes for a look. It's always possible to arrange something, but with previous appointment.
