A Chapel on a minor road just north of the center of Pontfadog, hidden just behind the Swan Inn Public house. The stone is just about readable and is inscribed thusly:-

SION
wyns dowisodd yn Arglwydd
SION ac ai chrwennychodd yn
Drigfa idda a hun
Psalm Onnh XIII
Addeiladwyd 1804

I believe the top section is a psalm reading, and the last line says "Chapel 1804"
Year of construction: 1804

Full inscription:
SION wyns dowisodd yn Arglwydd SION ac ai chrwennychodd yn Drigfa idda a hun Psalm Onnh XIII Addeiladwyd 1804
