Thousands of native carnivorous pitcher plants grow along the Pitcher Plant Trail in the Turkey Creek Unit of the Big Thicket National Preserve, waiting for a juicy bug to take the bait and become dinner. The carnivorous and creepy nature of thse plants captivated Younger Sister Blaster so much that she made a drawing of this place!
