Family owned convenience store. In 1968, Ken Landers purchased a Mobil Service Station on the northside of Bismarck. In 1972, Kevin Landers started working for his father and eventually purchased the business with his wife, Margo, in 1986. Many transitions have taken place over the last 43 years! In the early 90's, Northside Bait & Tackle was added to meet the growing demands of the fishing and outdoor equipment needs of our growing community. In the year 2000 a brand new building went up and the "old-fashioned" service station was torn down to accomidate the new "convenience" world of the gas station market. Today we are in the process of another transition: quick-serve restaurant! A third generation Landers will now be running the Northside Market a sandwich shop also serving fresh salads, homemade soups, and treats.
