This is probably the most famous site for love locks in Korea - the spectacular N' Seoul Tower on Namsan. There are probably thousands of locks here at various places around the tower, with its commanding view of the city.

Namsan (South Mountain) has been an important lookout since the captial was established here in the 14th century. The tower was built in 1969, and in 1984 Namsan Park was established encompassing many acres of naturally preserved forest.
While there are trails from the base of Namsan, there are other ways to reach the summit including a funicular and roads that lead to the base of the Nam San Cable Car system which goes to the top. The observation tower is accessed only by elevator. The N' Grill is a revolving restaurant just below the observation level.
The tower is visible from most parts of the city and is lighted at night providing a colorful display, perched on Seoul's highest point. The views from here encompass all of the city and miles beyond. The observation deck is equipped with coin-operated binoculars and guide maps to help in identifying structures and features.
