This is really just a traffic triangle with a beautiful little rose garden, two Lion Club statues, a dedication plaque, and a park sign. It is directly opposite of a large sculpture of a whale's tail, however, so it is easy to find. There is also a large, colorful sign for the nearby Dogu Beach.
The park was dedicated on Oct. 16, 1998, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Pohang Lion's club.
