"Tafraout, also spelled Tafrawt or Tafraoute, is a town in Tiznit Province, Souss-Massa-Drâa, Morocco. It is located in the Anti-Atlas mountains in southern Morocco. According to the 2004 census it has a population of 4,931."

South of Tafraoute not far away from the street near Agard-Oudad,the belgian artist Jean Verame, painted giant rocks in 1984 in glowing blue colours. They say he used 18 tons of blue colour.
You can imagine that this kind of art is very controversial.
