This garden area was commemorated June 26th 1994, celebrating 50 years of community service by the Soroptimists of Windsor. The gardens and commemorative plaque are located at the west side of Jackson Park, along Ouellette Avenue. The picturesque gardens are used by the general public to enjoy and by reservation for special events, wedding ceremonies and photographs.
