This is a small Fountain actually located at the inner courtyard of the Town Hall of Neustadt, Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz. In former times it had been located at the Old Town Hall (Altes Rathaus).

It was a donation to the city of Neustadt by the new owner of the Old Town Hall.
