This boardwalk has a length of about 150 meters and three branches to small resting areas with benches.
It is located in the forest north of Münchenstein and connects two parallel gravel roads. The boardwalk was erected in 2011 to allow the regeneration of the forest soil and growth of new trees in an area that was suffering from permanent overstraining by leisure activities. It is the boardwalk of this kind in the region and the success of this measure is regularly monitored.
