The Clube de Vela de Lagos is located in one of the best spots in town, by the seaside, right in the center.

This club has endless activities, from sailing lessons to fishing trips. It was founded in 1950 and since then it has been the only nautical club in the town. It has a nice bar and restaurant near the dock, offering great views to all the nice features around... the old fortress, the sea, the beaches.
Plenty of information about the club in their website (see link below) but unfortunately only in Portuguese.
