This bridge is on a 1.0 kilometre gravel trail with wooden bridges that winds its way along a small brook with a fine selection of flora with the opportunity to see numerous birds along the way that may be passing through this wood.

The area was Lucy Maud Montgomery's Lover's Lane and as one walks the trail, those that are familiar with her books, will recognize how this trail may have been part of the descriptions that she used in her stories.
