"Jefferson Community Garden is in the south yard of the Fayetteville Adult Education Center on the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and South College Avenue. The garden is surrounded with a wrought-iron fence; it has a water spigot, a sand box and a water feature. Each plot is filled with a mix of topsoil, course sand and compost."
