These swimming pools are part of a larger complex (Complexo Desportivo Municipal), which includes an arena and a tennis court complex. They are accessible to everybody.
There are four pools, all indoors:
Competition pool, with 8 lanes, 16,70 m wide and 25 m long, 200 to 220 cm deep.
Learning pool, 3 lanes, 6 m wide and 16,67 m long, 100 to 120 cm deep.
Kids pool, 6 m wide, 9 m long, 90 cm deep
Babies pool, 6 m wide, 9 m long, 30 cm deep
Besides the pools there are facilities for jaccuzzi, a medical office, bar and an area for spectators (400 seats)
