One of about two dozen stars celebrating various celebrities, this one honors Valentina Levya, a singer and actress. Although there is no explanation at the site, one can presume that the celebrities honored here are natives of Sinaloa...similar to a nearby sculpture of José Ángel Espinoza Aragón who was also a singer and actor from Sinaloa. This star has an image of guitar with the actress' name and the date "MAYO 25, 1999". There is also a logo for a radio station, "FM Globo 89.7" ..and presumably one of the sponsors "Promomedios Mazatlan".

The star is located next to the "La Mujer Mazatleca" statue on Mazatlan's malecon... a little north of Olas Altos beach.
