The armoury is located at: 3 Haviland Street in Charlottetown.

This tank, equipped for pavement use, was likely utilized by the Canadian Forces.

There is a great view of the waterfront as you walk through the parking lot into the adjacent green space.

The text from the plaque is:

Dedicated to the Memory of the men and women of Prince Edward Island who gave their lives in the Armed Services of Canada in the Second World War
1939 – 1945
Unveiled by Her Majesty, Elizabeth, The Queen Mother 17 July 1967 as a Department of National Defence Centennial Commemoration.

The Confederation of Canada started here in Charlottetown. Three conferences, one in Charlottetown, one in Quebec and one in London by 36 men of the British Colonies lead to the confederation of Canada on July 1, 1867. The Fathers of Confederation include:
