The best preserved part of this 9km long Aquaeduct from River Jadro to the Palace of Emperor Diocletianus, now in the heart of the Old Town of Split, can be viewed in Solin, near a highway.
It's nice to see a construction from the late 3rd Century being respected, as other bridges and bypasses are built to cause least as possible harm to the old structure of the Aquaeduct.
A small road leads through the arches and there are several usefull places to stop for a photo session.
