This sign would appear to be a hold-over from a previous restaurant. The word "Kook" means "cake" in Estonian. The sign, however, depicts a young pig on a spit on one side. The other side takes on the appearance of the Sun and reads "GLORIA KOOK" with a large letter "G" in the center.
The current business in the site is "Americana" ... a pizza restaurant.
