The fitness park made for adults consists of many stations known from the fitness studio e.g. crosstrainers. Very special is that all stations are outdoor. Here is also the trailhead for 6 Nordic Walking and running trails in 3 difficulty levels. The longest and toughest one is 16 km long.
Der Fitness Parcours richtet sich an Erwachsene und enthält zahlreiche Stationen, die man aus dem Fitness-Studio kennt, wie z.B. Crosstrainer. Das Besondere daran ist, daß sich alle Stationen im Freien befinden. Hier beginnen auch die 6 ausgeschilderten Nordic Walking Strecken in 3 Schwierigkeitsstufen. Die längste und schwerste Route ist 16 km lang.
