Normally I wouldn't submit nothing less than a Kilometer milestone mark, but this one, marking 0,9 Km, or, if you like, 0,1 Km to the next Kilometer mark is special: I never saw a mark of this kind in a town. It was surprising to spot this one, right on the center of Loule. These marks used to cover the roads of the country, many years ago. Some are still where they were originally placed, some are gone. But even by then, it was not customary to place these marks in the towns, are they were thought to mark roads, not streets.
