"Eddy" type windmill, Port Borden, PEI, Canada - Windmills on Waymarking.com

This modern windmill is a verticle-axis type windmill, sometimes called an "eddy" windwill. There are several of them located in the greenspace near the Gateway Village outlet mall in Port Borden (Borden-Carlton), Prince Edward Island, Canada.

This windmill is also outfitted with a solar panel, so the overhead light is dual-powered.
