The garden is a productive community area open to the public from 9am to 6pm. There is free admission and visitors are invited to have a look around.

The aim of the educational garden is to teach people how to grow their own vegetables and fruit. It was created from a green field in the spring of 2008. A part-time gardener, local volunteers and school children all help to maintain the garden.

Located in the centre of Beaulieu the garden is within the estate of Lord Montague. There is a small pottery workshop inside the garden where items are for sale.

Information boards are displayed around the garden to provide further education to visitors. The produce is grown without using chemicals. Cloches, wildflowers, netting and a scarecrow are all aids in keeping the plants healthy.
