Staley, NC has a population of about 355. This building appears to be the size of an average hotel room, but I guess it's big enough for Staley's Town Hall although I image that city council meetings are a bit tight. The town employs seven people - all part-time.

The building is also a "Satellite Sheriff's Office" for Randolph County Sheriffs Department. I'm guessing this is one step down from a Sheriff's "Substation".
