Statue of Kazakh President Nursultan Abishuly Nazarbayev was erected on 25th June 2010 at Ankara's Genclik Parki as a symbol of relationship with deep ties of brotherhood between Turkey and Kazakhstan. The sculpture is located on the boulevard that bears the name of the founder of modern Turkey, the first President of the Republic — Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Knowing how they apply to everything that is associated with the personality of the Father of Turks, it is seen that the choice of location for the monument was not accidental — it only highlights the degree of respect that fuels the brotherly people to the leader of our country and all over Kazakhstan.

The 2.6 m over life size sculpture of formal dressed sitting man is made of bronze standing on a 2.5 m red granite pedestal with black granite inscription and patterning. Its author is Giursel Chataltepe.
