1887 Avenue Bourgogne Chambly


Manufacture Judy Lynn Dress :
Construite en 1922, la bâtisse a servi, entre autres, de salle de réunion aux Chevaliers de Colomb et en 1945 un artiste céramiste du nom de Coîteux y installe son atelier. La compagnie Judy Lynn Dress s'établit à Chambly en 1950, dans cette bâtisse, sise au 1887 de la rue Bourgogne. En 1988, la bâtisse est rénovée pour en faire un restaurant et une salle de réception sous le nom de La Farandole.

En 1998, elle devient un centre d'interprétation de la bière sous le nom de Fourquet Fourchette.
Situé sur les rives du bassin du Richelieu, dans un ancien bâtiment construit en 1920, juste à côté du Fort de Chambly, le Fourquet Fourchette est aménagé
dans le style de la Nouvelle-France. Ses baies vitrées offrent une vue spectaculaire et unique du bassin et du Fort de Chambly.

Built in 1922, the building served, among other things, meeting room and the Knights of Columbus in 1945 a ceramic artist name Coiteux set up his workshop. Judy Lynn Dress company stood at Chambly in 1950, this building, located at 1887 Burgundy Street. In 1988, the building was renovated into a restaurant and banquet hall under the name La Farandole.

In 1998, it became a center of interpretation of the beer under the name of Fourquet Fourchette.
Located on the banks of the Richelieu River basin, in an old building built in 1920, adjacent to the Fort Chambly, Fourquet Fourchette is arranged
in the style of New France. Its windows offer a unique and spectacular view of the pool and the Fort Chambly.
