The Port of Tallinn constructed a new cruise ship port jetty in the spring of 2004. The Tallinn cruise ship port is a popular port of call for ships that cruise around Baltic Sea. It is close to the Russian port of St. Petersburg as well as the port in Helsinki Finland. The port also is the home to ferries that cross the Baltic from Helsinki.

Day-tripping passengers disembarking from the dock can easily walk to the walls of the Old City. Once there the hardy can walk uphill through the cobblestone streets to Town Hall Square and farther up hill to the Parliament Building and the nearby Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.

Shown in the photo are the Norwegian Sun and The MSC Opera docked side by side.
Name of the Cruise Ship if one is in 'Port'.: Norwegian Sun and MSC Opera
