Andenes is well within the Arctic circle, and is on the Northern tip of the island of Andøy. Therefore the midnight sun is clearly visible over the sea at the right time of year, meaning that this is a 24 hour sundial

The sundial consists of a large flat raised circular platform, with roman numerals around the edge and in the centre is a globe angled parallel to the earth's axis.

Unfortunately it's not terribly well maintained
