Kemp Avenue is a fairly busy street so you can park nearby in the parking lot for Riverside Park or McKinley Park.

In Watertown there are four main routes from the east side of town to the west side. Kemp Avenue is one of these, along with 14th Avenue NW, 10th Avenue NW, 3rd Avenue NW, 4th Avenue SW, and 9th Avenue SW/US Highway 212.
Length of bridge: 125 feet

Height of bridge: 8-10 feet, depending on the river elevation in the spring or later in the year.
